1.Where can I track my order?
      You can track your order here. Please note that it typically takes several business days for orders to be processed, packed, and readied for shipment. As soon as our team has prepared it, you'll receive an email confirmation with tracking details so you can follow your order step by step.
2.How soon will I receive my exchanged item?
      It takes hours for your return to be processed. After that, your order ships back out to you immediately!
3.What types of refunds can I get?
      Items can be exchanged for any other product(s) of equal or lesser value, digital gift cards, or refunded to your original payment method. You can view detailed instructions on our Return & Exchange page by selecting the refund or exchange action desired.
4.What do I do if the item I would like to exchange for is sold out?
      We recommend setting up stock alerts for the item you wish to exchange for and initiate the exchange for that item at that point (just don’t forget that the ability to exchange ends a few days after purchase!), or refund a digital gift card and purchase that item when it becomes available again.
